What you’ll be doing:

• Supervise real-time workforce arrangement and support the team on live operations
• Track team and individual performance compile with company standard, facilitate coaching sessions and provide feedback to team managers on individual performance and areas for improvement
• Managing escalations - in an efficient manner to guarantee partner satisfaction and brand loyalty with every contact
• Being an active team player and driving the team to achieve business targets and results
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and process refinement

Requirements:

• Partner and result oriented
• Strong sense of ownership & problem solving mindset
• Passion for detail and data crunching
• Strong sense of urgency
• Adaptable to day-to-day change
• Proven experience working in a fast pace environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership experience is a plus
• Demonstrate product, service and industry knowledge is a plus
