Senior People Operations Generalist

What versatile professional support do we need now:

  • Full-cycle recruitment in mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea.
  • The whole on-boarding process of new employees. 
  • Working with the team dynamics of all office divisions.
  • Support for the Performance review process.
  • Support and implementation of projects and initiatives of the Learning & Development team in HQ.
  • Full cycle of work with all requests for professional training and conferences from employees.
  • Implementation and support of the Work Day HRIS system in our Office as part of a big international project.
  • Independent management and support of C&B, design and process.
  • Internal corporate communications.
  • Interaction with stakeholders, including HQ.
  • Assistance in organizing team building events.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years of similar experience in IT / Telecom. 
  • Upper-intermediate English level: you can complete a full interview and make a presentation to an English-speaking audience.
  • Knowledge of the labor legislation of countries in East Asia, especially mainland China.
  • Small-team-management experience will be a plus.
  • Flexibility, openness to changes and ability to work with changes.
  • You are comfortable working in multitasking mode.
  • Accountability for the result .
  • The desire to move forward, get new knowledge and share it with colleagues.
