To be successful, you will need to be skilled in defining, visualizing, and communicating complex processes, user journeys, intuitive interactions, and UX prototypes, and you will need to test your assumptions through ongoing user research. You must be skilled in presenting your work to internal teams to provide context and clarity about why and how a given design solution works.

By constantly focusing on the needs and goals of our users, you will contribute to a platform that looks great, behaves intuitively, and touches people globally to enable broader access to clinical studies. We’ll provide you with high levels of mentorship, opportunities, and resources, with the goal of creating experiences that improve the clinical study industry. Join this team if you’re committed to making better clinical study experiences that drive faster enrollment, greater retention, and a more diverse representation to help billions of people worldwide.

  6. Design Systems - Utilize and positively contribute to our growing design system with elegant interaction components, data visualizations, visual design, and illustrations.
  7. Big Picture Thinking – Cultivate deeper knowledge about our platform and field of clinical studies so that you can challenge and, where appropriate, work beyond the current ask to produce a product with greater functionality or improved user flow.
