In this role, you will:
- Define and communicate your product’s vision, execution, goals and own the results.
- Identify customers behaviours and needs through research and analysis.
- Empower and collaborate with your team to unlock their full potential.
- Identify immediate and/or upcoming user and internal stakeholder needs, then work with the team to develop a product plan that addresses them.
- Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently.
- Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently.
- Evaluate complex systems, design solutions, and work with engineering to implement solutions
- Own all aspects of the product from conception, and drive it through development testing, acceptance and adoption
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures and working in a global environment highly desired
- Managing other product managers and leading a team is preferred.
- Provide clear and articulate documentation to define product objectives, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Clear and contagious passion for product and markets we serve
- Empathy for customer: clear understanding of customers needs
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Proven track record of working on successful products (mobile preferred)
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills and abilities
- High energy and positive attitude
- Strong analytical ability is a must
- Experience with AI-based products or chatbots is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills a plus
- Experience between 4 to 6 years
