Senior Product Manager (Consumer)

We are seeking a senior level product manager, who will report directly to our VP of Product, to lead the development for all of our consumer facing initiatives, including ZOZI.com and the end-user customer experience of our ZOZI Advance B2B product. This is a multi-faceted role overseeing two different products and requires someone driven to integrate across these products effectively to give the best consumer customer experience possible.

We are looking for someone with experience, initiative, and an ability to not only execute, but think strategically about multi-tiered problems. This is a high visibility, high impact role within ZOZI and we are looking for someone to ready to step into this challenge.


What you’ll do:

  • Drive the product roadmap for our ZOZI.com customers as well as our consumer end-users of our ZOZI Advance booking platform
  • Contribute to the entire product life cycle from concept through planning to development and sales supporting activities for existing and new products.
  • Identify and manage key customers and assess their requirements and key business processes for inclusion into the product roadmap.
  • Design end-to-end solutions and application enhancements that meet the needs of the market.
  • Assist in delivering a product roadmap for both internal and external consumption with business and customer feedback to validate the feature releases.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholder up to C level and align on clear, actionable product strategies and priorities.
  • Deliver Product Requirements, Agile user stories with prioritized features while assessing workflow needed.
  • Drive business issue resolution and provide functional clarifications to development team.
  • Optimize and improve existing features and functionality to increase penetration within a large, rapidly growing user base.
  • Identify and empathize with customer pain points and always seek to deliver products, features, and extensions which acutely address their needs.
  • Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and sector activity.
  • Mentor junior Product Managers


What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of combined experience in product management, product development, software development and/or product support of a high growth technology or payments company.
  • Familiarity working with technical systems both up and down the stack
  • Comfortable leading large, complex projects in an agile team environment
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, excellent project planning and high degree of quality
  • Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and building strong relationships within business and technical stakeholders
  • Past experience as a Product owner leading large complex projects in an Agile environment.
  • Past experience using tools such as Jira, PivitolTracker, and Rally
  • Past experience as a Product owner at a B2B2C company a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Systems, or Computer Science.
