TL;DR

🤓As a Growth Manager focused on Web, you will own all initiatives to drive customers from our website to our web app and monetize them. This strategic role involves identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and leading cross-functional efforts to acquire new users and customers for our B2C vertical.

💰90-120k€* + Stock-Options/BSPCE

🇪🇺 We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe and come once a month to Paris (fully reimbursed), or come to the office more often.

✈️ We offer substantial support for relocation (10k€ signing bonus), including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.

✨ About the role ✨

  • Growth strategy: Drive complex, business-critical growth initiatives. Define a strategy and roadmap that allows users to discover, activate, and subscribe to Photoroom’s self-serve products on the web.

  • Ideate, Test, and Scale: Identify growth opportunities leveraging a consistent test-and-learn approach to a/b test messaging, funnel, and content.

  • Customer Insights: Work with our product marketing and user research; you will run user testing and market intelligence analysis to understand who our web users are.

  • Cross-functional Management: Work with content, brand, SEO, paid UA, product, data & engineering teams to launch, coordinate, and promote growth initiatives.

✨ About you ✨

  • You have 5+ years of growth, performance, or digital marketing experience for an international fast-growing SaaS product or a first entrepreneurial experience.

  • You have a growth mindset: MRR is your north star metric; you're focusing on driving new experiments and optimizing current ones to maintain fast growth.

  • You have excellent problem-solving capabilities and a robust analytical approach, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive program improvements.

  • You have strong project management skills and experience working with several teams/contractors.

  • You want to directly impact the growth of a fast-paced, international tech company.

  • You are obsessed with learning about our customers and their pain points to feed your strategy.

  • You are a strong communicator with an ability to influence with cross-functional collaboration skills

  • You are fluent in English.
