Millions of consumers buy tickets on Eventbrite every day to live experiences ranging from concerts to conferences. However, purchasing a ticket is often not the end of our interactions with our customers. Whether we’re providing clarifications about their events or connecting them directly with the event organizers, we’re committed to making sure every customer has a smooth and delightful experience with Eventbrite.

The Post-Purchase product manager is responsible for helping to cement the long-lasting relationship we build with our customers. In this role, you will own the entire post-purchase experience and play a critical role in customer retention and loyalty. This is a huge area of opportunity for Eventbrite, and you will drive the next iteration of how we support our millions of event-goers worldwide.

Our Consumer Product team is focused on building engaging, frictionless and delightful consumer experiences on every screen and any device. We are constantly evolving how consumers interact with Eventbrite and are focused on building a world-class user experience for our customers. We define and prioritize what to build and when, making sure we delight our customers and always feel proud of the products we deliver.

THE ROLE:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the future of the Eventbrite post-purchase experience, define its vision, strategy and roadmap. Working with your team, you’ll lead the technical development and launch of features that redefine what is best in class for the post-purchase ticketing experience. You’ll gather and specify product requirements, understand user pain points, customer support contacts and opportunities for product improvements. You’ll work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with peer product managers on the team to ensure alignment with our overall consumer product strategy. You’ll bring a passion for the consumer, a do-what’s-right attitude, and leverage data to track performance and measure success. You’ll go above and beyond  to build great products that we all are excited to use and share with our customers.
