Lamudi Group is an online real estate marketplace with active operations penetrating the majority of the market in the Philippines and Indonesia. We were founded in 2014 and recently acquired by an established investor in the real estate industry, Dubizzle Group. Lamudi has been pushing boundaries in the PropTech space and is looking at dominating the Asian market with new products and services that will service the growing need in the real estate business.
The opportunity:
As the Senior Product Marketing Specialist of Lamudi Philippines, you are responsible for streamlining the positioning and messaging of the company’s latest products and services effectively in the market. You will collaborate with internal departments to create and execute product launches and marketing promotions to drive customer adoption.
Your expertise in product positioning and messaging supports product success and market acceptance. You have a key role in translating product features into customer benefits. You will also be instrumental for the business to address customer pain points and differentiate from competitors, as well as achieve a strong product-market fit and sustain long-term profitability. The scope would include developing a comprehensive pitch deck for sales, creating website content, creating tutorial content, product surveys, etc.
You are great at:
- Creating compelling product marketing materials and plans
- Strategizing product marketing content to engage through internal and external communications
- Working with an established corporate brand voice and tone
- Compiling and summarizing technical information and translating to product catalogs
- Project-managing the content production for product marketing
- Collaborating and aligning with stakeholders to set a direction and move projects forward
- Coordinating with marketing officers to make sure all campaigns are timely and effective
- Facilitating brainstorming sessions with other departments to come up with relevant and timely marketing initiatives
- Adept at communicating with technical and non-technical matters
- Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis and market insights
What it takes:
- At least 4 years experience in product marketing and content writing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any business-related course is preferred
- Expert command of the English language in both oral and written communication
- At least 3 years of experience in content/technical writing
- A good understanding of different media channels used for content
- Meticulous attention to detail and creative thinker
- Highly collaborative, a team player but not afraid to work independently
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and structured working style Well-organized, self-motivated, and innovative
- Eye for data visualization is a plus Background e-commerce and real estate are a plus
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
