The Senior Product Operations Analyst is responsible for utilizing data to design and implement contest mixes that optimize revenue.  This person must be a self-starter with strong analytical skills.  Requires ability to identify trends in historical data as well as use exceptional judgment to anticipate future performance.  The contest mix is the core of the business, so this role is a critical component to our future success and provides executive-level visibility. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Design daily contest mixes that maximize revenue
  • Utilize data to identify trends that influence future performance
  • Contest creation and on-site merchandising
  • Identify & implement testing plans to improve contest mix performance
  • Reporting to management on contest performance
  • Identifying & scoping opportunities to streamline operational processes
  • Planning & executing on marketing promotional plans

  • Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Well-organized and excellent attention to detail
  • SQL skills a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Passion for sports, particularly fantasy sports
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed
  • Ability to work well within a team to achieve a common goal
  • Comfortable in fast paced, results driven environment
