The Senior Product Owner has accountability for the design and execution of the Everledger Platform and associated technical products of value at Everledger.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will design and produce solutions our customers and markets can’t live without, that create trust in supply chains and purchasing, whether B2B or B2C. In doing so you will lead efforts to unite customer requirements with technical solutions to deliver thoughtful and practical solutions through our Product Owners and Agile development teams.


  • Lead through others to discover, design and create products for the Everledger Platform that are valuable, usable and feasible for our customers.
  • Lead the creation of the strategic direction for Everledger’s Platform and products after absorbing Everledger’s business’s strategic goals and customer requirements.
  • Set up and lead through healthy tensions between engineering, product, business development and marketing.
  • Take a human-centred design approach to solving customer problems, iterating solutions and creating value.
  • Maintain robust product roadmap that enables rapid Agile execution of a well-constructed backlog, and customer feedback to be gathered on more conceptual solutions. Ensure roadmaps can be understood by technical and non-technical people.
  • Support the go-to-market strategies with clear input on value, features and pricing strategies.
  • In assessing the technological requirements this includes:
    • Understanding the current technology stack and internal capabilities.
    • Driving the development of the future technology stack, including focus areas for R&D
    • Understand the inputs required into the tech process, namely the level of effort involved to build and deploy products.


  • Professional experience and proven abilities in a Senior PO role (usually equating to about 6+ years of experience)
  • Excellent technology/engineering skills relating to design, test and quality
  • Solid grasp of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions
  • Excellence in understanding competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for the product
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide variety of people, across cultures and timezones
  • Strong ‘do-er’ - experience working simultaneously on product strategy and operational day-to-day requirements that ensure delivery of the strategy; rapid prototyper.
  • Substantial experience in leading and deploying Saas products; have experience bringing a product to scale
  • Technical competence e.g. past experience in a developer role
  • Ability to cut through complexity to get to the main point
  • Ability to see problems from multiple perspectives (technically, commercially, dependencies, etc)
  • Experience setting up and leading through healthy tensions between engineering, product, sales etc.

  • Experience in B2B and B2B2C solutions
  • Experience in payment and insurance products
