Senior Project Manager - Procure-to-Pay (m/f/x)

The role

HelloFresh is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Procure-to-Pay to drive process definition, standardization and improvement across the Procure-to-Pay domain in 18 international markets. With a scope that covers processes in: Procurement, Purchasing, Receiving, Reconciliation, and Payment, this role will have a huge impact on the future success of HelloFresh and its supply chain.

What you’ll do

  • Manage, define, and map processes to be used throughout our international markets. Continuously challenge status-quo and drive process improvement projects
  • Define process adherence metrics and governance; regularly measure performance
  • Understand complexities, and drive improvements to professionalize our Procure-to-Pay operations in both new and existing markets
  • Work closely with HelloTech to define business requirements and drive the Digitalization 2023 agenda
  • Organize workshops with stakeholders to collect inputs and supporting in driving process governance agenda
  • Define processes to be launched in an internal shared service center (HelloConnect)
  • Analyze and present data in order to provide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience preferable as a process consultant or related role in a similar company with a focus in a Procure-to-Pay domain (eg.: procurement, purchasing, finance)
  • Experience in writing requirements for Procure-to-Pay systems
  • Exemplary and demonstrable stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Superior analytical skills and operational modeling capabilities connected to strategic thinking
  • Hands on mentality
  • Interest to frequently travel abroad
  • Six sigma green belt or similar qualification is a plus 
  • Fluent business English knowledge, German and other languages are considered a plus
