  • This is an on site position with the ideal candidate residing in Katowice, Poland.

What you’ll do:

  • Streamline and establish operational processes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Cooperation with the local Project & Event Managers teams to achieve performance goals & successful execution of events in ESS/Special Project field
  • Responsible for definition and budget creation of all ESS projects & client presentations
  • Responsible for budget tracking, monthly reporting and budgeting of all ESS/Special Projects topics. Preparation and implementation of processes regarding the offer and execution of ESS / Special Projects
  • Support regional ESL offices with supervision of ESS/Special project offering and execution
  • Optimize overall profitability of individual ESS/Special Projects and conceptualize improvement of project profitability jointly with Director Publisher Operations.
  • Drive ESS/Special Project efficiencies, technology innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you need:

Must Haves:

  • 4+ years of experience in a lead project management role
  • Strong publisher relation skills
  • Knowledge of shaping and developing a successful team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional financial acumen, able to define and meet budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational hurdles and create solutions to overcome them
  • Solid understanding of English language, both spoken and written
