The Role:

Our team has been busy building out phase 2 of our SaaS product, CodeInsight. We’re increasing the reach and power of a system that is already making real changes within the healthcare industry, for both providers and payers.

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer with experience in functionality testing, build verification testing and regression testing to join our Product team to work with and develop processes for our growing QA team.

You will:

  • Help define and deploy the QA team process.
  • Create, maintain, and disseminate test plans.
  • Communicate with team on bug prioritization
  • Perform black box and white box testing against both web applications and backend batch processing systems
  • Perform system integration testing
  • Perform load testing and analysis
  • Work with development team to verify defect fixes through release cycle
  • Design and develop automated regression test suite
  • Find the bugs that others miss!

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 4+ years experience with both manual and automated web-based testing
  • Strong experience and knowledge of QA practices
  • Strong experience in test automation and java test framework/tools (Selenium OR Junit, TestNG, etc.)
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Bash, etc
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSP, UNIX and relational database
  • A passion for organization, quality and automation
  • Excellent project management skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly kinetic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to facilitate your own meetings as necessary, comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
