The Opportunity

We have a rare opportunity for someone to join the People & Culture team, as a Senior Recruiter. This position is located in San Francisco, and reports to the VP, People & Culture. This is a new position joining three other recruitment team members, who together have supported the enormous growth of Omada Health over the last few years!

This role will be perfect for you if want to build on your previous recruitment experience and be part of a team working together to nurture a world-class culture and recruitment team. You’ll want to join now, because you love building new programs and processes, but also know how to ensure existing recruitment solutions can grow with our Company. Your Impact

  • Take ownership of senior and hard-to-find candidates.
  • Creating a great candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers by and ensure a high close rate for candidates.
  • Track and understand relevant recruiting metrics.
  • Proactively contribute to improving Recruiting at Omada.
  • Challenge the status quo and provide useful suggestions for improvement.
  • Support the learning & development of hiring managers and fellow recruitment team members.
  • Inspire everyone to be a Recruiter for Omada.
  • Contribute to the development of processes & programs beyond recruiting e.g. onboarding, and compensation.

You Will Be Successful in this Role if You Have:

  • 5 years recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in leading projects.
  • Passion for small, high-growth companies.
  • Strong program/project management experience in streamlining recruitment.
  • Track record of developing creative recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Proven success leading recruitment activities at a high-growth startup.
