What you’ll be doing…
As the Senior Retentions Marketing Executive, you will deliver key omni channel retention and onboarding projects optimising customer journeys and campaigns through email platforms, direct mail and more. You’ll be responsible for implementing the agreed testing and retention marketing roadmaps to deliver continual improvement through test, learn, and apply best practice.
You’ll be responsible for driving yield and revenue growth, and improving lifetime value across the digital and print subscriber base. Planning and implementing the retention and engagement marketing plans to reduce churn and increase ARPU by maximising cross sell and upsell opportunities. You’ll be comfortable with retention analytics and be confident in presenting results and recommendations to key stakeholders.
You’ll help to establish key metrics for retention, onboarding and CRM campaigns across print and digital channels.
Above all you will be exceptionally customer centric and will always deliver a first class customer experience, whilst also reviewing how we can reduce costs and maximise our retention budget to support LTV across the business.
