Maintain strategic customer relationships: You are responsible for strategically capturing our key customers. You will identify key people with budget responsibility and establish valuable contacts.
Understand customer needs: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' concerns and ensure our solutions are tailored to meet those needs.
Teamwork with the practices: Working with our Practices, you will develop proposals and respond to RFPs to implement new value-added projects with clients.
Strengthen relationships with different departments: You will expand collaboration with our clients' departments and foster strong connections at different levels.
Customer presence: You are regularly on site with our clients and spend at least one day a week in Nuremberg or Herzogenaurach, ideally two.”.
You have experience in negotiation, customer orientation and interpersonal communication.

You have excellent writing skills, especially for proposal and RFP development.
You are self-motivated, results-oriented, enjoy working independently and can manage your time effectively.
