Senior Sales Executive / Account Manager

Your mission:

We are united by our common mission and the SOPHiA GENETICS Sales team plays a crucial role in enabling more organizations to make data-driven decisions. 

As a Sales Executive in the Nordic and Netherland region, you'll report to our Managing Director of Sales EMEA but will have full ownership and autonomy over your territory. This is a field role, with 50-75% travel, and you can be based anywhere within the territory.

  • Prospecting, Pitching and driving Business Development.
  • Identifying and closing opportunities with new organizations.
  • Drive consistent momentum in sales cycles and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Drive business growth through expanding our market share within current accounts and finding new opportunities to extend our relationship with them
  • Advise the company and guide product management on market & product requirements


The experience you bring

  • 3-5 years experience in a commercially focused account executive, customer success or consultative sales position
  • Experience selling NGS or Genomics products into Hospital Systems and/or Lab Environments
  • Understands the Nordic and/or Netherland Market and is familiar with our target customers
  • A hunter mentality, driven by a desire to consistently generate new business
  • You will need to be able to travel across your territory to a minimum of 50%
  • You will be fluent to a business level in both Dutch and English.
