Senior Sales Manager CES Japan

Full-Time
  • Proactively leading the sales process for engineering services as well as products for small series
  • Management of existing customers and farming of related business
  • Acquisition of new customers in the Japanese automotive market and Non-Automotive business
  • Development and execution of a holistic customer strategy in coordination with the global teams
  • Guidance of Sales team members in Japan with perspective for local or international team lead
  • Ownership for all classic commercial Sales tasks (e.g. creation of quotes, price negotiations, contract management, invoicing)
  • Support of development teams during the whole product development life cycle in regards to commercial customer topics
  • Communication and alignment with internal local and global stakeholders
  • Contribution to global Sales growth targets within CES Sales team
  • High degree of freedom and entrepreneurship in day-to-day business
  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of engineering, economics or comparable
  • Experience in the field of "automotive" and/ or in the field of "engineering services"
  • At least five years of professional experience in the above mentioned fields
  • Commitment and passion in dealing with customer contacts at all levels
  • High level of customer orientation while adhering to business objectives
  • Experience in effective communication with international teams
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
  • Native speaking level of Japanese
  • Fluent English skills in word and writing
  • Good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel)
