Senior Sales Manager - New Business, Greater China Region

Liftoff is a rapidly-growing marketing technology company that is changing the way companies discover and engage with mobile app users. We're looking for a dynamic Sr. Sales Manager, Greater China Region, to join our top-tier team. Our ideal team member is excited about joining an early-stage company, demonstrating strong sales execution, and helping to shape a sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new clients within Greater China Region (China, HK, TW) for Liftoff
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching via telecom & in-person meetings, being consultative in approach, negotiating contracts, closing deals and activating the business
  • Providing customers with valuable insights and offerings as part of an on-going, consultative relationship
  • Expanding product adoption by up-selling and cross-selling
  • Partner with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth
  • Exceed quarterly targets
  • Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising
  • Attend key industry events and conferences
  • Be the brand ambassador for Liftoff in the GCR region

Desired skills and qualities

  • 3-5+ years ​of sales experience in performance advertising; experience with mobile is a big plus
  • Experience selling to App Clients within the Greater China Region
  • ​Extensive experience establishing relationships with C-level executives and senior marketers
  • ​Exceptional presentation skills and/or public speaking experience
  • Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach, with focus on building sustainable partnerships with clients​
  • ​Ability to confidently represent Liftoff's solution and establish credibility as a subject matter expert in the field of mobile advertising​
  • Self-disciplined ​with the ability to work independently
  • Solution-seeker
  • Proficiency in business mandarin & spoken english is a must, to build relationships with clients based in Greater China 
  • Ability to “translate” complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with ease
  • Willing to travel across region as business requires
