The Senior Sales Operations Manager opportunity is a leadership role that combines strategic and visionary excellence with hands-on collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership. The Senior Sales Operations Manager will serve as a key business partner, enabling sales strategy success by aligning data analysis, process, systems, and management.

Core Impact Areas:

  • Deliver, maintain, and scale best-in-class sales processes: Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Territory Planning, Incentives & Compensation, Productivity, Deal Reviews, Business reviews.
  • Lead our Sales analytics for North America: Optimize data/data flows and operational reporting in an integrated Customer Lifecycle model-from Net New Prospect Account, to Closed Won Customer, to effective Retention, Cross-Sell, and Expansion
  • Partner to our organization: Continual process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics that will support the sales forecasting and lead-to-close sales process including:
    • Contact and lead management process
    • MQL qualification rules
    • Data hygiene in Salesforce
    • Proposal and pricing guideline management
    • Sales ops tech stack optimization
    • Reporting, models, and dashboard build outs which include lead generation activities, pipeline growth, win/loss rates, sales cycle effectiveness, and quota attainment 
    • Territory design planning and defining of market segments

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a quantitative field (Maths, Business, Economics) with 3-5 years of sales operations success within a SaaS organization preferred (cloud-based SaaS models of licensing, as well as, perpetual software licensing models) 
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and CPQ required
  • Salesforce capabilities as a subject matter expert with demonstrated proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards
