About the Team
The Retail Sales team at Harry’s works cross-functionally to manage and develop our Retail customer base. The team is focused on growing revenue and profit for our entire business, which focuses on the Harry’s brand in North America.
About the Role
As the Retail Sales Analyst, you will work as the primary customer and internal support for our launch and ongoing business. You will work with shipment and consumption data in analyzing daily/weekly/annual trends at the customer level and provide knowledge on the marketplace as well.  This role will be based at our headquarters in New York, with some domestic travel to be expected. 
You will: 
  • Provide day-to-day analytical support towards our launch and ongoing business.
  • Work cross-functionally to share customer specific trends that can drive helpful analysis across key areas such as Supply Chain (S&OP), Finance, and R&D amongst others
  • Manage weekly scorecards for internal tracking of customer trends as well as Joint Business Planning scorecard with customers.
  • Conduct Monthly Performance summaries of our business for internal and external needs
  • Serve as primary analytic contact for customers on Merchandising buying team for ad hoc analytic needs
  • Assist in building all key content related to customer development - customer presentations for NPI, Board Decks, pricing analyses
  • Provide ongoing analytics of the Marketplace via 3rd Party syndicated data to share in management of customer base and also to assist in retail expansion efforts
The following should describe you:
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years in an analytical, data-driven role within a consulting company
  • Experience with routine and ad hoc customer and marketplace analytics and the ability to create impactful presentations 
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills - Vlookup and dynamic charting skills a plus
  • Solid knowledge of customer specific tools and ability to manipulate direct data into routine and ad hoc reporting needs
  • Solid knowledge of 3rd party syndicated data - Nielsen, IRI.  Knowledge of Household Panel analytics a plus
  • Know-how and comfort of presenting to senior leadership in a concise and effective manner
  • A highly organized “doer” with an exceptional ability to multitask, who will take initiative and execute
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Web Product, Marketing)
  • An eagerness to learn about new business models and tackle strategic issues
  • A great attitude and sense of humor

  • Work collaboratively with the retail and wholesale team to deliver on sales and operational goals
  • Work cross-functionally with global strategy, marketing, supply chain and distribution teams to share analytic insights and drive better decision making
