ButterflyMX is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the ongoing development and maintenance of our Salesforce environments. You will be responsible for working closely with our sales, marketing, support and customer success teams to understand their needs and implement solutions within Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and define solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Develop, design, and maintain CRMA dashboards and analytics
- Manage and utilize the CRMA platform to extract meaningful insights from it
- Prepare reports using various visualization and data modeling methods
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows
- Manage the integrations of third-party applications
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices and adherence to Salesforce design and development standards
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, and propose enhancements or improvements to existing solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute data migration and system integration strategies
- Troubleshoot end user issues & act as an escalation point for other team members
- Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Salesforce configuration and administration
- Strong experience working in Tableau and/or Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Salesforce certification
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, Flow and security controls
- Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs
- Experience in documenting business processes for future state improved processes and system designs
- 4-6 years experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skillsd written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills
