Reddit is building its first Android app! We’re looking for passionate android developers to help us enrich the Reddit experience via mobile and allow more people in the world to discover and share with their communities.


  • Tackle and solve hard engineering and user experience problems in an elegant and seamless manner.
  • Take ownership of features and areas of the app that will impact millions of users.
  • Work with engineering team members to explore and create interesting solutions while sharing knowledge amongst the team.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to imagine and innovate new experiences.

What We Can Expect From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 4+ years related development experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Java with 3+ years experience with Android development.
  • Strong passion for mobile products.

Bonus Points:

  • Have built at least one amazing Android app with a team from start to shipment.
