Coinbase has an exciting Senior Software Engineer opportunity to join the Customer Experience Engineering team and help lead and drive Live Chat capabilities for each business unit. The Sr. Software Engineer will be responsible for development work predominantly on our Live Chat SaaS platform, with future integrating the Chat platform into our various other platforms. We have an aggressive portfolio of premier implementations of Salesforce, LivePerson, Tethr, Qualtrics, Mulesoft, Adobe Experience Manager to help our Company scale. The candidate will also serve as a technical DRI with stakeholders to unlock the Chat vision. We are looking for candidates who have significant previous experience in similar roles, in rapidly growing organizations, with a demonstrated passion for engineering practices like product quality, CI/CD and agile adoption, is a must, from day one. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in LivePerson, Salesforce, Mulesoft, and Custom App building and deploying via AWS, and a strong self-starter mentality. You will synthesize a product vision into key technical decisions and partner with multiple business units and engineering teams to buy, build, launch, and scale platforms. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Customer Experience and PED,and be part of the larger Coinbase Customer Experience Organization.
