About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for developing a scalable system with heavy emphasis on code quality
The range of problems that we work on is pretty broad & usually heavy on computer vision (document classification, liveness, face match, and many more) or improving 3rd party integration stability and reliability.You would also be helping ML engineers transform ideas into code and support our system in production.
What You Will Do
Build : Work with the team to plan, ideate, build new product features for computer-vision & deep learning platforms or government checks integration platform
Improve: Build platform and processes for early problem identification and proactive resolution. Improve team processes and propose engineering-wide process transformations
What Are We Looking For
Experience: 6+ years of experience in software development and 4+ with Python. Mentoring and coaching experience
Problem Solver: Thoughtfully understanding the context and decomposing the larger problem to come up with a clean plan with the team. You do not hesitate asking for help.
Code Quality: Heavy emphasis on ensuring code quality (code reviews, code coverage, test coverage,CI/CD)
Platform Knowledge: Strong knowledge of python and docker, ability to debug code running in a container, knowledge of python memory management details, experience with writing and maintaining automatic test suites for API
Get It Done: You can work with the teams in shipping quality backend services that work at scale. You can deal with ambiguous situations to take a call and move forward.
Business and Product Acumen: You understand the business impact of the feature you are building. You can find the right balance between delivery and ideal stuff.
Learner: You love few technologies, but at the same time you are open to learn new ones as well. You love sharing your knowledge with others.

Experience with computer vision / deep learning and related libraries (OpenCV, PyTorch, NumPy, etc.)
