About the team
Our technology team accounts for approximately a quarter of the workforce. As an engineer, we encourage direct collaboration with the wider business, and you'd be able to engage directly with anyone across the whole company in order to get the job done. We’re transparent, running regular tech demos every Friday, to show the business what we have been working on. This gives everyone insight and accelerates collaboration.
About you and your work
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will be part of our Salesforce Community, led by a Lead Salesforce Engineer and consisting of both Admins and Developers. You’ll work within one of our vertical Engineering teams building the Salesforce components that support the mortgage application processes used by our brokers and borrowers. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of a fast-growing and business-critical department.
