As a Senior Staff Software Engineer you will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of software modules owned by a team. Your primary focus will be on the development of all backend server side components and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. You will guide and mentor junior team members by reviewing their code and designs to ensure that they are writing well designed and high quality code. This role requires excellent communication skills as you will need to collaborate across teams.

Key Skills

• 6+ years of experience, preferably in a product company.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Go/Python/C/C++/Java/.Net on Unix/Linux or Windows platform
• Continuously assess newer M365 platform enhancements, applications, technologies, tools, and API to help build and refine solution architecture for the existing as well as any new product.
• Excellent programming skills along with Data structures, Algorithms, Design Concepts
• Experience in working with SoA (Service oriented Architecture)
• Experience with third party API integrations at scale (preferred)
• In depth Functional and Architectural knowledge of M365 ecosystem (Exchange Online etc)
• Exchange Migration from on premise to Exchange online or any 3rd part to Exchange Online will be an added advantage
• M365 integration with 3rd party will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of M365 Security and Oauth

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum etc.
• Knowledge of the Backup or Storage domain will be an advantage.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Play key role in design/development of features.
• Gathering & understanding requirements. 
• Design, development & implementation independently. 
• Will be able to work in end to end features.

Qualification

          B.Tech / B.E / M.E. / M.Tech (Computer Science) or equivalent
