Clarity AI is looking for a Senior Strategy Manager. If you’re a driven, smart, creative, and curious individual with a passion for tech and social impact, we are looking for you!


LOCATION: This role can be based remotely in : Spain,preferably Madrid.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Senior Strategy Manager, you would join our Strategy & Chief of Staff team which is a key strategic area within the organization. Our team manages high-priority managerial aspects and takes care of the most strategic projects of the company. Led by the CEO of Clarity AI and the Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for some of the most urgent and important topics of the company. Among the key responsibilities of the area:


  • Strategy: Definition, tracking and acceleration of the company's strategic plan and strategic initiatives
  • Strategic partnerships: Ownership and management of the most relevant strategic partnerships of the company (e.g., BlackRock) to ensure effective and efficient execution via company-wide coordination (sales, marketing, product, etc.)
  • Investor relations: From financing rounds to monthly investor reporting, including several other very relevant activities such as Board Meeting preparation, coordination and participation.
  • Strategic projects: Leadership and coordination of the most relevant projects in the company, such as the launch of new business verticals or the creation of new areas within the organization.

Requirements


  • Academic background: Engineering, Finance and/or MBA preferred
  • Professional experience: Career in top consulting firms / top investment banks + experience in product/tech companies (Google, Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.). Fintech experience preferred
  • Skills: Great structuring and analytical skills. Amazing prioritization. Strong team management abilities
