Shift pattern: Full time, rota shifts between 7am and 11pm 7 days a week
Salary: £19,200 per annum based on working 37.5 hours a week
We are looking for a motivated Senior Support Advisor for the Ocado Contact Centre, who would be up to the challenge of assisting our dedicated customer service team in supporting our customers. This role will assist with the supervising of the admin team that supports our Contact Centre

As a Senior Support Advisor at Ocado Group you will be part of the vital office operation that will support our customers and our colleagues. This role will require you to manage daily, weekly and monthly tasks as well as managing the administration team
