  • The Senior Ad Operations Manager position sits within the SuperAwesome UK org, reporting directly into the Head of Production, and serves a critical role managing & overseeing the successful delivery of all campaigns across our broad scope of clients globally. As a Senior Ad Ops Manager you will be responsible for tackling in-depth troubleshooting issues and also upskilling the campaign team and operation processes to scale technical delivery globally. You will also take on your own campaigns and ensure delivery and client excellence.


  • Helping the team to ensure all processes are efficient and helping drive productivity
  • Assisting clients (advertiser and publisher) in the use of the technical troubleshooting either on the phone, email or face to face
  • Managing as required any day-to-day technical queries, investigations and issues, maintaining subsequent technical relationships with new and long-serving clients alike (i.e: ad agencies, brands, publishers, networks, platforms, etc)
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders (product team/publishers/clients) technical leads to troubleshoot campaigns
  • Pulling and reviewing performance data to ensure proper delivery & ultimately improving client performance and draw out conclusions to present back the Sales team/Clients/Campaign Team/Product Team
  • Troubleshooting of any tag-related issues, implementation concerns, data feeds, reporting or delivery discrepancies, etc.
  • Assisting in the implementation and technical troubleshooting of new and existing campaigns
  • Communicating technical product needs and opportunities to Network and Product development teams
  • Performing daily QA and integrating quality control into standard operating procedure
  • Continuously focusing on improving processes - Review and provide feedback on new processes, product, and tool releases that will improve
  • Foster innovation and thought leadership in workflow, systems and process development to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coach, mentor and develop the talent and upskill all members of the Production team
  • Commercially focused. Seeks ways to enhance operations to improve profitability
  • Campaign Management: Ensure that campaigns are trafficked and managed effectively and efficiently, work with sales to optimise where possible. Ensure campaigns deliver in full by contracted date.
  • Inventory Management/Forecasting: Using tools and necessary judgment to decide whether to allow a campaign to run based on forecast.
  • Relationship with sales: Be responsible for working with sales team. Have knowledge to advise on creative ideas, and help feedback on briefs. Be able to suggest alternative options where requested inventory is not available.
  • Client Relationships: Manage large agencies and client relationships throughout project delivery, providing insight to the Sale team client relationship owner
  • Understand all ad standard regulations and privacy regulations globally and make recommendations to clients / sales team as required
  • Work with Head of Production to ensure team members you are supervising are trained, motivated and have objectives to work towards. Assist in hiring of new team members.
  • Provide sales and clients with the up-to-date specs for all creative types.
