  • Partner with Cruise Academy Training Specialists, Instructional Designers, Product Operations, and Quality Specialists to deliver on the initiatives needed to stand up and manage the program going forward
  • Provide best-in-class project management on training initiatives by creating project plans, defining timelines, outlining partner responsibilities, and collaborating across teams to deliver on-time and on-budget
  • Communicate to leaders when timelines are at risk or additional resources may be needed
  • Scale the program and adapt it to meet the needs of additional functional areas as Cruise scales
  • Develop a virtuous cycle for feedback from learners; continuously monitor and report on ways in which we can improve learner satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and feedback to Training Specialists and Instructional Designers based on feedback from learners
  • Keep up to date with current trends in Learning and Development to ensure we are taking advantage of the most up-to-date technologies and techniques

  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule - we run 24/7 operations and each shift/facility has unique needs
  • Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure
  • Organized with strong ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
