Why We’re Hiring
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience in leading agile development teams and cross-department communication. Your focus will be driving initiatives forward, making sure teams are aligned, and tracking deliverables, deadlines, and scope.

What You'll Do

  • Run project kickoffs, planning, and execution
  • Ensure alignment between partners prior to kick off and throughout the project timeline
  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
  • Identify and remove project blockers
  • Creatively drive problem solving through facilitation of discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Help teams achieve understanding of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Partner with your product owners and tech leads to prioritize, plan and scope upcoming projects
  • Guide the team in continuous improvement of their practices, ensuring maximum efficiency
  • Help build process and practice alignment across NTWRK by bringing your organizational and process improvement skills to the table
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor project progress continuously and track measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
  • Assist with Issues/Resolution documentation Be point of contact and organization for festivals and events and represent the EPD team

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years in a technical project management role or similar position
  • Cross team program/project management experience
  • Vendor and business partner management experience
  • Experience in initiatives driven by business and technical needsStrong communication and problem-solving skills
