What you’ll do:
The Lead Technical Recruiter will manage end to end recruitment involving the execution of candidate searches opened by various portfolio business units. The successful candidate will utilize a broad range of skills to identify and present best of breed technical talent to Docler Media portfolio entities. In addition, the lead technical recruiter will leverage the support of junior level recruiting talent utilizing demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills to ensure the overall success of technical recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop strong partnerships with hiring teams, candidates and internal team members to ensure and foster great experiences to all parties of the recruitment equation.

Recruiters who are focused on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
Skills & Experience Toolbox:
5-7 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with specific experience in hiring Sr. Engineering talent.
Demonstrated experience and ability to learn and utilize cutting edge recruitment platforms, e.g., Asana, Greenhouse, Quip, Cloud based technologies and other emerging recruitment and sourcing tools
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; Passion and acumen for clients business
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
Outstanding communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
