Senior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a senior technical recruiter to join our Recruiting team. You will play a leading role in creatively identifying and engaging top engineering talent, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our technical recruiting practices as we grow as an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the technical recruiting efforts in partnership with technology leadership; work directly and alongside the engineering and product teams on their organizational development 
  • Find, excite, and engage passive candidates 
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine technical and cultural fit 
  • Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders 
  • Work with engineering leads, Executive team and Director of Recruiting to drive the offer process 
  • Provide recruitment and hiring advice and coaching to hiring managers and interviewers 
  • Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working in a high volume tech recruiting environment 
  • Strong technical acumen 
  • Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies 
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively 
  • Passionate about ensuring that each candidate has a unique and positive experience 
  • Experience using the Greenhouse platform is a plus
