MOO is hiring a

Senior Technical Recruiter

London, United Kingdom
MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.

We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

Here at MOO our People Team is just shy of 20 MOOsters split between the USA and UK from People Ops, Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Comms.

We are a team that is both passionate yet playful and we strive to create an environment where remarkable individuals choose to work and we recognize that success stems from collaborative ownership and partnership between the People Team and Leadership and our commitment is to ensure that all our efforts nurture MOO's values and uphold our dedication to Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

As a Talent Team we strive for a speedy, consistent, and equitable hiring process and making sure we are delivering a stellar candidate experience (all while having fun and supporting each other along the way!)  We are a team of four with most of us located in the USA,  that’s where this role comes in!

We are looking to hire a Senior Technical Recruiting in our London office located in Camden, someone that can come in to support, partner, and grow our tech teams, as well as be the face of TA for our UK MOOsters.

Key focus and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior Leadership and the technology team to review and develop MOO’s technical hiring process.
  • Develop unique sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates, thinking outside the box
  • Develop long term relationships, build a talent pool, be a pro at talent mapping and accessing referrals - we take diversity and inclusion seriously so be a champion of this
  • A closet marketeer – help drive virtual events and build MOO’s tech employer brand will be a big focus for 2024
  • Get involved with various project work and events outside of the traditional day to day
  • Use knowledge, market insights, data and analysis to refine the talent acquisition process across the whole company
  • Provide a seamless and stellar candidate experience
  • Live MOO’s culture both inside and out for the world to see

About You

  • Experienced full cycle recruiter for technology and product roles within an inhouse environment
  • You have experience and are comfortable partnering with Senior Leadership
  • Expert user of candidate sourcing & management tools – ATS, LinkedIn, social media, job boards/aggregators
  • Broad understanding of programming languages and web technologies -  You don't need to be an expert but we’d prefer that you have a genuine interest in programming languages and can ‘speak the same language’ as our tech teams
  • Sound candidate engagement approach and passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience every time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, strong attention to detail and reporting skills
  • All around team player who is also willing to take on other roles outside of tech & product as needed

This role is hybrid with expectations of being onsite 2 days a week in our Camden location.
Typically those days would fall between Tuesday-Thursday
