Your mission is to architect and execute a best-in-class treasury strategy for our regulated entity. You will own our key banking relationships, safeguard our assets, and build scalable liquidity and FX frameworks that directly fuel PPRO's rapid global expansion. This isn't just about managing funds; it's about building the financial backbone that allows us to innovate and grow. Your impact in this role:

Architect and lead high-impact treasury projects, such as new bank implementations, cash pooling structures, and the automation of payment flows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability across Europe.

Lead our Treasury Ops Team and act as a strategic partner to internal teams, including Finance, Product, Legal, and Commercial. You will collaborate to design and implement robust banking solutions that support new product launches and market entries.

Champion a culture of robust internal controls and ensure unwavering compliance with European regulatory requirements. You will manage Treasury reporting, optimize capital efficacy and serve as the go-to expert for treasury compliance.

Design and manage scalable banking infrastructure that directly enhances our product capabilities. You will work to optimize payment cost structures and ensure seamless fund flows, ultimately improving the experience for our partners and their end-users.

What would make you a great fit:

10+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury, Banking, Payments or a related finance function within a regulated financial institution or a high-growth technology company.

Deep expertise in the global banking ecosystem, including cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT).

A proven track record of managing and nurturing strategic banking relationships and negotiating complex banking agreements.

Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of financial regulations in a European context, particularly those relevant to payment institutions or Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs).

Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with full professional fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with Treasury Management Systems (FIS Integrity & FIS Payment Hub)

An MBA, CFA, or a similar advanced degree/certification is highly desirable.

Professional fluency in another European language (e.g., French, German)
