1. Responsible for user experience design of Tencent's Social Products, assumed the main role of large and complex projects, and led the guidance and implementation of design language;
2. Conceive creative ideas with the product side and provide overall solutions with quality product experience;
3. Extremely sensitive to changes in product data and user satisfaction, able to measure the overall experience level of products flexibly and put forward suggestions for improvement;
4. Always pay attention to and analyze popular product design trends, and study the needs of target users, experience demands and aesthetic tendencies;
5. As a high-end design expert, improve the overall professional ability of the team.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in design or related;
More than 6 years experience in user experience design of social products, expert in the industry;
2. Have project experience of ToC products and implementation experience of overall design scheme; have experience of social products is preferred;
3. Solid basic skills, international vision and cutting-edge aesthetics, and strong executive ability;
4. Mature product thinking, able to deeply guide the work of user research, interaction design, visual design and design prototype development;
5. Strong teamwork ability, passion for work, desire for innovation and sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure;
6. Good English language skills are preferred.
