POSITION PURPOSE:
As the Head of Talent & Culture, reporting directly to the global head of HR, you will own the talent strategy and lifecycle roadmap, including the design and execution of core talent processes, company culture and diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) strategies. Talent advisory, talent management, learning & development along with DE&I will directly report to this position.
You will collaborate and consult with key stakeholders within HR and the business to deliver programs focused on enabling the business strategy through talent. The incumbent will be a partner and confidante to the Global Head of HR and the management team on organization and talent strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with HR leadership and business leaders to identify the needs of the organization. Design talent solutions with innovative thinking, and a solid understanding of current and evolving talent best practices, to build the talent, learning, performance management, and engagement strategy.
- Design a talent management strategy that is focused on increasing leadership bench strength and capability across all levels. Leverage expertise, research, and industry knowledge to build content and programs into scalable solutions.
- Lead and manage a high performing team in talent advisory that delivers on our hiring needs, attracting the very best talent with a keen eye on cost and DE&I.
- Create and champion a future state vision for culture, DEI, high performance standards, and world-class leadership. Build an execution roadmap to realizing this vision.
- Partner with Sr HR Business Partners to ensure talent solutions are clearly defined, understood, and adopted within assigned business line(s).
- Responsible for driving the execution of the HR Transformation, in close partnership with the global head of HR and the HR Team.
- Build and manage project plans for multiple projects and stakeholders with shifting priorities while driving accountability. Define metrics, monitor, and summarize results to understand program success and ensure executives and stakeholders have a “pulse” on talent initiatives.
- Drive change management and internal communications related to people initiatives and drive adoption of business changes.
- Partner closely with IT and Compliance on overall capacity calendar for the year.
- Manage a team of talent advisory, talent management and DEI professionals.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 12 years working in HR with specific experience in a best-in-class organization.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience designing and executing talent programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some travel will be required.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or MBA master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in professional and/or financial services preferred
- HR leadership roles in both large and small organizations

- Strong data acumen capability in leveraging data or quality insights and decision making
- Experience and strong skills in instructional design, facilitation, learning needs analysis
- Demonstrates DEI literacy and strategy proficiency
- Demonstrated change management, communications, project management, and execution strengths. Ability to contract and manage expectations with multiple stakeholder groups.
