Looking for a results-oriented SEO/SEM Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to increase website distribution and organic traffic and generate more Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value target keywords.
Optimize website content for search engines, including on-page optimization, title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags.
Implement an internal linking strategy to maximize the visibility of key business pages.
Implement CRO strategies and A/B testing across the website and measure results effectively.
Build high-quality backlinks through link-building strategies.
Monitor organic search performance and website traffic using analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Clarity/Hotjar, and SEMRush.
Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Regularly conduct competitor, content gap, and backlink gap analysis to uncover new opportunities and growth strategies (Using SEMRush)
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Develop and manage targeted pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Analyze campaign performance data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
A/B tests different ad copy, landing pages, and targeting options to improve conversion rates.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure they are spent effectively
Distribution & Traffic Growth:
Lead Generation:
Work with the marketing team to gain MQL
Analyze website data and user behavior to identify potential leads.
Develop landing pages and conversion optimization strategies to increase MQL generation.
Social Media Management:
Manage and optimize social media profiles, increasing brand awareness and engagement.
Execute social media strategies to drive traffic and elevate online presence.
Analyze and report social media performance. Segregate analysis based on different types of post/content.
Create and maintain a social media calendar and manage complete distribution.
Technical SEO Oversight:
Make note of any technical SEO issues through comprehensive crawls across all sections.
Monitor Google Search Console for crawl errors and use SEMRush to identify and disavow toxic backlinks.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes, suggesting improvements for page loading, response time optimization, mobile responsiveness, and any other Webflow-related issues.
Web Analytics Utilization:
Use web analytics & social media data from diverse sources (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, Looker Studio, SEMRush, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of traffic-building initiatives.
Implement GTM tags across website elements for effective tracking and create custom reports for them in GA4.
Provide recommendations for improvements in content, user experience, conversion, and engagement.
Regularly report on current performance and make recommendations for optimization, covering metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, organic versus paid traffic, and channel performance.
Track and report on these metrics bi-weekly, ensuring transparency and alignment with goals.
Other responsibilities
Create/Contribute to Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly calendar for distribution
Contribute to Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly marketing calendar
Create emailers for campaigns on HubSpot
Help drive Marketing email campaigns
Help maintain and manage the corporate website
Improve the ranking by implementing different strategies
