SharePoint Content Administrator

The Opportunity

The SharePoint Content Administrator shall provide support of content management for SharePoint sites.  Experience with web content management systems (CMS) is required.  The SharePoint Content Administrator should have a background in developing and maintaining SharePoint sites and experience with all web add-ons.  Responsibilities include web design, project management, web governance, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web analytics and accurate page development.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a high level of urgency and initiative around execution.  The candidate can manage and support multiple web projects working with web designers and developers.  The candidate should have at least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and possess strong communication skills.  Attention to detail and file management is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Perform front and back-end SharePoint design and development.
  • Gather functional and technical requirements from stakeholders and technical users.
  • Partner and collaborate with content teams on website design and ongoing web projects.
  • Enforce web governance to ensure all content owners and sites adhere to defined rules.
  • Continually name and tag elements to improve search functionality throughout the Teladoc Health Hub.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in supporting SharePoint 365 Online modern sites, which includes site collections, web parts, lists, workflows, forms authentication, security groups and customizations.
  • Configure and maintain document libraries and enterprise lists. Perform typical system administrative activities such as site creation, user training, backup, restore and issue resolution.
  • Experience with simple web solution development including jQuery, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • 5-10 years of digital marketing experience including SEO and
  • Advanced proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Suite (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • AB or B.S. in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or technology-related field
