Showroom Associate

This Spring, we are opening an experiential Showroom in Venice Beach, California.  As a Showroom Associate, you will represent the Casper brand by providing best-in-class support to all of our customers and set the highest bar for customer service.  We view retail as an experience: one that is unique, personalized, and hospitalitarian.  Our showroom is experiential and we are looking for a team eager to be a part our exciting retail endeavors.  This space (and you!) will help carve the path for Casper’s offline footprint. Your role will be to help our customers feel right at home and help them discover the wonders of a good night’s sleep. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to every person that walks through our doors
  • Deliver a memorable experience to each and every customer
  • Represent our brand: who we are, what we stand for, and what our core values are as a company. It’ll be your job to translate our brand philosophy to customers!
  • Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise
  • Educate customers on all-things-sleep
  • Maintain the integrity of the space
  • Work in-store programs and events

Nuts and Bolts:

This is a part-time, hourly role based in our LA Showroom. You must be available to work at minimum 3 days a week, with weekend availability.
