Our Retail Team is new to Casper! As our first ever Retail Store Team, you will help carve the path for Casper’s offline footprint. You will represent the Casper brand by providing best-in-class support to all of our customers and set the highest bar for customer service. We view retail as an experience: one that is unique, personalized, fun, and of course, full of naps. Our Showroom is experiential and we are looking for a team eager to be a part of both retail and marketing endeavors. Your role will be to help our customers feel right at home and help them discover the wonders of a good night’s sleep.
