As the Showroom and Community Manager, you will lead our Los Angeles retail business, while driving community engagement. You’ll focus primarily on supporting and motivating a team of retail associates, driving sales targets, and owning all of the store’s operations. It will be your task to ensure Casper’s brand ethos is infused into the showroom and that your team is delivering exceptional customer experience. Excitedly, this space (and you!) will help carve the path for Casper’s offline footprint. Part of this includes working with the business development team on in-house and off-site influencer programming.
