Signage Maintenance Technician

Intersection is looking for a Signage Maintenance Technician in the Chicago area.

The Signage Maintenance Technician will install and repair bus shelters, install and repair bus frames on buses, and install and repair signage on platforms and cross track. The Signage Maintenance Technician must have a construction background, and any experience installing vinyl direct applications will be a big plus.

Requirements:

  • At least three years’ experience working in maintenance or construction
  • Experience using power tools
  • Strong work ethic and looking for long-term, permanent employment
  • Read and write in English proficiently
  • Able to lift 70 lbs, able to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, bend, or crawl
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Must possess a current driver’s license and be able to pass a drug screening.

The hours for the position are Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-4PM.
