Site Administrator

Site Administrator's are responsible for responding to customer inquiries, addressing user concerns, giving feedback, resolving technical issues and alleviating concerns. This role is critical to drive user satisfaction and ensure that the users have a positive experience.


  • Respond to tickets that come in via zendesk, in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee the communication activity of the forums
  • Spot rule violations and issue warnings, enforce ToS if needed.
  • Removing inappropriate content and managing problem users from site & forums
  • Utilizing online guidelines to respond to customer inquiries
  • Assisting in troubleshooting online users’ equipment/connection issues
  • Assisting online users in the use of the platform and its features
  • Engages with the community in streams and on the forums
