The Site Specialist II role requires the skill set of a site merchandiser, thinking holistically about the eCommerce business including promotion activities, marketing, taxonomy, and site analytics. The Site Specialist will be responsible for working cross-functionally with merchandising to launch marketing initiatives, build a more cohesive shopping environment, and analyze data to determine additional areas of opportunities. Further, this person will work with various site stakeholders to partner on major initiatives across the company.
Successful candidates should be quick learners, strategic thinkers, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is heavily cross-functional, requiring working knowledge and coordination with merchandising, marketing, operations, finance, and technical teams. Candidates should also understand how to use technology to help drive future enhancements and define requirements for the technology platform to meet business needs.
