Social Customer Service Coordinator

We are are looking for a talented Social Customer Service Coordinator!

 

As a Social CS Coordinator you will be driving the Social Media topics within our CS Creative Solutions team. Your main mission will be to bring the voice of our Customer Service into our Social Media channels and make our Social Customer Service more innovative and proactive. To achieve that target you will be working closely together with our Content Marketing and PR teams.  

You will be

  • Finding new solutions for Social Customer Service, as well as planning and driving the relevant projects
  • Coordinating and evaluating support for the different Social Media channels within CS
  • Developing and executing new strategies for how to proactively communicate and respond to demanding requests on Social Media channels
  • Monitoring our Social Media channels and engaging proactively with our customers
  • Communicating users feedback to the team and other stakeholders within the company
  • Creating basic reports for KPIs in Social Customer Service

You are

  • A strong communicator and a copywriter with creative writing skills in one
  • Quick thinker with hands-on attitude and an eye for detail     
  • Able to plan and execute projects and ideas, while keeping in mind the opportunities, risks and dependencies

You have

  • First Customer Service experience with digital products
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of how Social Media platforms work
  • Hands-on experience in managing following platforms: Facebook, twitter, Instagram and discussion forums    
  • Experience in planning, launching and managing projects
  • Good understanding of how to use KPIs and analytics in Social Customer Service

Nice to have

  • Social Customer Service experience
  • First people leading experience
  • Experience with the social media tool Falcon and Disqus, Youtube, Reddit or any other channels
