About the Job

Do you dream in all things Social Media? Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Pictalk, Periscope, YouTube, SnapChat Have you grown or been part of a team that has helped grow a brand’s Social Media presence over 100k? Did you notice that we just made up one of those social medias from earlier? We're looking for a roll-up-the-sleeves social media & community manager to drive the development and growth of our brand through social media. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement an integrated social media growth strategy across shared and owned channels. Including community growth and management.
  • Partner with in-house and agency creative resources to create relevant and shareable content
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions with our Members and about our company, competitors, and  industry
  • Be comfortable with social media analytics and engagement monitoring platforms
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Send us your portfolio!
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in using social media software to monitor social media conversations.
  • Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, inbound marketing, and blogging.
