Social Media Manager

Artsy is looking for a  motivated and experienced social media manager to oversee content strategy and daily execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok. 

This role is on the Performance and Lifecycle Marketing team. The person who will excel in this position is both creative and data driven in their approach, a strong cross-functional collaborator and loves to experiment with new content approaches. 

We need someone to help grow our brand through acquisition of new digitally first collectors as well as engagement of existing established collectors - with social being one of the most important channels to unlocking this growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Artsy’s content and audience growth / engagement strategy across all social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,  LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Identify opportunities to produce storytelling initiatives e.g. short form videos, influencer outreach, co-branded campaigns 
  • Creatively test and iterate on new content formats and approaches 
  • Consistently advocate for social media best practices, leveraging new and emerging platforms, tools and trends
  • Maintain social calendar and project manage social-first brand campaigns 
  • Understand social success metrics and tie social strategy back to company OKRs 
  • Regularly report on campaign results and key learnings to the broader team and leadership 

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of social media experience, preferably for a luxury, high consideration brand
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • A passion for creativity, experimentation and taking risks 
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred, not required:

  • Photoshop and Creative Suite experience
