Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Interweave is looking for a content creator and social media manager, to create effective copy and use it across all channels, to manage thriving online communities.

Working with us, you will collaborate with account managers, digital strategists, marketers, analysts, designers and developers to build great brand experiences online. Our goal, and part of your job, is to be the brand’s voice online, to engage and nurture its communities, share its information and communicate its experience, exceeding clients’ expectations and assignment objectives.

Your job will include creating and managing on-line communities across a variety of channels (including creating ads, analyzing results and optimizing channels), creating quality copy in Greek for a variety of applications (social media, website and blog content, campaign slogans and taglines, hashtags etc), and preparing and optimizing other types of content to use in your communication efforts.

You must be able to develop creative ideas and quality copy in line with the brief, brand and overall strategy, collaborate with internal teams as well as clients’ teams when necessary, have excellent presentation skills, back up your choices with data, research and knowledge of the topic in question, identify trends, tribes and influencers, be up-to-date on (and passionate about) new technologies and trends in your field, and respect deadlines and adhere to them.

Experience in Government or / and Politics or / and NGOs are a must and will take preference. Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both beautiful and useful online content about our clients and their services and products.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management
  • Manage social media pages and channels
  • Be a significant part of the story conception and research
  • Writing and creating social media posts and stories
  • Produce content for brands, cover events, experiment in all fields of photography (and video), content selection
  • Be an active part of our creative team, contribute in brainstorming, propose creative ideas for fresh, modern and appealing content for brands and projects
  • Execute field shootings and events coverage on Social Media platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams, as well as, client teams when necessary
  • Communicate thoughts and expertise to the rest of the team
  • Ability to recognize trends, tribes and influencers in the communities and the industry
  • Be up-to-date on new formats and trends on all the famous social media platforms
  • Be up-to-date on new technologies and trends in your field and share them with others
  • Respect deadlines and adhere to them
  • Understand Social Platforms, social metrics, social reports and analytics, community management and broader digital insights
  • Develop insightful social media reports and suggest changes and alterations
  • Crisis prevention and management skills in social media
  • Experience in an agency environment
